Wonderful experience, would definitely rent from Ralph again!

We just came back from a three night stay at this property. We had 6 adults, 6 children (all under 5) and the home was absolutely perfect! The set up was great - the rooms and the home is definitely more spacious than the pictures portray. The house was clean, clearly well kept and felt like "home" - it is obvious that the owners put a great deal of time in to keeping up the home. The location is ideal - close to Storyland (maybe a 10 minute drive), downtown and Cranmore. Ralph was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. We had some inclement weather one day and he was quick to point out various indoor activities in the area for us, as well as restaurant recommendations (Moat's Smokehouse was fantastic!). He was accessible througout our stay. The bakery downstairs is a nice added treat - felt quite luxurious to be able to walk downstairs in PJs for fresh coffee and homemade donuts! I would absolutely rent again and recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for a week, Christmas 2011. Four bedrooms upstairs with thick door and locks for those who appreciate privacy. Large bath 2nd floor. Full Bath 1st floor. Eat in kitchen with all the items you need to make a 4 course meal. 3 season porch and Hot Tub a bonus after a long day of skiing. Off-street parking for at least 4 cars another bonus. Bakery closed the week we were there, so quiet. We will be going again,  as Ralph was so helpful on our last visit!

What a fantastic place. I booked a girls shopping weekend and was so very pleased w/ your rental property. The place was very clean and so nicely decorated. We loved the easy access to the North South Road and loved being able to walk to the restaurants for dinner. The hot tub was awesome too, especially after a long day of shopping. We will definitely be back next year and are thinking about booking a long weekend with the kids and spouses this winter for skiing. Thanks for answering all of our questions about where to go, etc. You were very helpful.

Perfect location

We stayed for the first time at this home and it was perfect. All new and plenty of room. The location was the best part. It was a ride up the hill to Cranmore Mountain and we were able to avoid any downtown traffic by taking North South Road to the outlets. The kids loved that we could walk downtown to get ice cream and walk around. The owner was very helpful and available for any questions we had about the property. We would definately recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to seeing the renovations to add the 5th bedroom.

Better than expected!

I was hesitant to rent sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. The house was awesome - new everything and in spotless condition. Everything was new and the pictures don't do the house justice.

We had four adults and four children. We easily fit in the bedrooms. There were plenty of towels and a high end washer and dryer too. (Which we used after spending a day at Storyland in the rain and getting our clothes soaked.)

The location was great. You can walk to everything in town. We ate at the delicious bakery attached to the house one morning and it was fantastic too.

We will definitely be back!

Great rental property

We had an excellent stay at the property. All of the rooms appeared to be recently refinished. All of the carpets and floors were new. Excellent location in center of town. Kids had a great time in the yard. Owner is very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We have rented several properties in the North Conway area over the past 5 years and this was the best. We will definitely stay again.

Great home and location!

We loved our recent stay at this property. This house is in a great location and everything was very clean and well kept. We Traveled with 3 children and 6 adults and the house was extremely comfortable for all. I had concerns about the closeness to the Bakery and the kids sleep, but you could barely hear anything at all. In fact, we loved the coffee in the morning and the baked goods. Location is prime, we enjoyed being able to walk to town and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Ralph, the owner was also great, always available and highly accommodating of our needs. 

Over all, we were so glad to have stayed there and we can't wait to stay there again next year. Highly recommended!

Newly Furnished Centrally Located in No Conway

This was a great place to sit and relax after walking around No Conway. The furnishings were new, well-kept and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to sit around in the family room. The beds were comfortable with new mattresses. The kitchen was modern and user-friendly.

Great Location and Amenities

We had a girls weekend this past weekend and absolutely loved this place. Such a great location, we were able to walk to Horsefeathers which is right down the street. Cute shops are also in walking distance, and the outlets were only about 4 minute drive. The Bakery out front was a bonus to the relaxing mornings. It was so convenient. Another bonus was the onsite massage therapists above the bakery…It’s like a mini private retreat center. The kitchen was well equipped but since it was our weekend off, we refused to use it. But, it's good to know for when we come back with the family to hit storyland this summer. The owners were great to work with and were very helpful.

Brand new and close to everything!

We stayed here during part of February vacation week. The unit was newly renovated, and had all the amenities. Plus you could walk downstairs to the adjoining bakery for pastries and coffee in the morning if you chose to! I was worried about early morning noise from the bakery waking up the kids, but they slept very well (no doubt tired from all the skiing!). This place has everything you could want in a vacation rental, including an owner who actually cares about maintaining the space, and making it great for renters.
